    The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the bill on page 2, section 1, line 3, after the word “authorized” by striking out the period and inserting in lieu thereof a comma, and the words “with the following amendments:

    On page 4, subsection 6.4, after the words ‘is prohibited’ by striking out the words ‘as outlined in W. Va. Code § 30-16-20’.”
